2. What ILMC is NOT
ILMC is not a public body, embassy, consulate or authority. It does not issue visas, permits or administrative authorisations.
3. How a case works
Each request receives a reference and is coordinated in traceable documentary phases. Relevant changes are communicated and the documentation provided is recorded.

5. Fraud prevention
Payments must be made only through the official channels. ILMC will never ask for passwords, full card codes or payments to personal accounts not identified in contractual documentation.
6. Verifying a communication
- Check the sender email domain.
- Check the case reference number.

- Do not pay without a quote or invoice.
- Do not submit documents through unauthorised channels.
7. Commitments and limits
ILMC commits to management quality, traceability and clear communication. The service guarantee does not imply a guarantee of visa, permit, hire or favourable resolution.
