Regulates access and use of the website, private portal and contracting of information, coordination, document management, professional selection, international mobility and support services.

Registration requires accurate and up-to-date data. Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their credentials. ILMC may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud or breach.
4. Nature of services and limits
ILMC cannot guarantee:
- Approval of visas, permits or authorisations.
- A favourable decision by any authority.
- Employment by a company.
- Exact resolution dates.
- Acceptance of documents by third parties.
5. Online contracting
Before payment: description, provider, total price, taxes, third-party costs, cancellation terms, required documents and estimated duration are shown. Acceptance is unambiguous with obligation to pay and is recorded.
6. Prices, payments and invoicing
Prices are shown with taxes where applicable. Own fees and third-party costs (fees, travel, insurance, apostilles, translations) are separated. Payments are made through the official channels of ROSALIOU IMPORT-EXPORT, S.L..
7. Cancellations and refunds
Terms depend on the service, work already performed and third-party costs committed, respecting consumer rights. Terms are communicated before payment.
8. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable, the consumer has the legal withdrawal period. Early start requires explicit authorisation and the proportional cost is assumed.
9. Obligations
- The client provides truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
- ILMC acts with professionalism, transparency, confidentiality and traceability.
- ILMC communicates relevant case changes.
10. Employers, travel and third-party providers
Where third parties intervene the provider and its terms are identified. ILMC is not liable for third-party decisions or breaches outside its direct management.
11. Intellectual property
Contents, trademarks, logos, texts and designs are protected. Use requires express authorisation.
12. Liability and force majeure
ILMC is not liable for force majeure or acts attributable to third parties or authorities. Liability applies for damages directly attributable to its management.
13. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted via the channels on the Complaints page. Where applicable, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be used.
14. Applicable law
Governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, EU consumer protection regulations.
15. Amendments
ILMC may amend these terms by publishing the new version with its date. Material changes will be communicated to affected users.
